The Pemaquid River is a river in Bristol, Maine. From the outflow of Biscay Pond (), the river runs 8.2 miles (13.2 km)[1] south to the head of its estuary, then 2.5 miles (4.0 km) to Pemaquid Harbor at the head of Johns Bay.
